Plan an evidence-led Google Cloud transformation for one defined initiative.

Includes an independent local Git repository, provider-specific assessment prompts, editable JSON assessment and cost inputs, Python offline planning/report tools, PowerShell wrappers, a scoped read-only provider CLI inventory exporter, minimal Terraform network example, roadmap/risk/decision templates and a fictional worked example.

Includes a scoped three-hour MGCA assessment: 30 minutes preparation, 90-minute remote workshop and 60 minutes written findings. One initiative, up to five applications; request within 90 days, scheduling by agreement. Further services separately scoped and priced.

Version 0.2.4 planning and assessment toolkit. Requires Python 3.10+; optional PowerShell 7.2+ and your own provider CLI/Terraform installation. Offline Python checks completed; PowerShell, Terraform and authenticated cloud inventory validation remain outstanding. The network example is not a production landing zone. Local repository supplied; no hosted repository or managed deployment included.
