Quantum Experiment Reproducibility Pack
Keep a quantum simulation’s inputs and results reproducible.
Run an offline Bell-state measurement example and retain the seeds, measurement counts, readout-noise assumptions and exact probabilities behind it.
What this pack helps you do
- Run the included local two-qubit Bell-state simulator.
- Record seeds, shots and provenance alongside the worked outputs.
- Compare with a classical matched-distribution baseline and document the limits.
What’s included
- Editable XLSX workbook with Runs, Provenance sheets, clean working areas and separate fictional examples.
- PDF and editable offline HTML guide, text decision record, quick-start instructions, licence terms and file manifest.
- Detailed working record to support the workbook review.
- Offline Python Bell-state simulator, worked-run records, measurement counts and a run-record template.

Includes 3 hours of MGCA assessment
30 minutes preparation review, one 90-minute remote workshop, and 60 minutes written findings and action planning. This is 180 consultant minutes in total.
Bring: One experiment protocol, source/environment manifest, seed/shot settings and result summary.
Receive: A reproducibility gap brief and a prioritised rerun/recording plan.
Book through sales@mgca.co.uk with your order reference. Remote delivery in English, up to three participants, by mutual agreement. Redeem once per qualifying product licence/order; no redemption expiry. Full submission limits, eligibility and booking terms are supplied in MGCA_Assessment_Service.pdf.
Implementation, live-system changes, certification and unlimited follow-up are excluded. Further services are optional, separately scoped, priced and agreed. This assessment is additional to supplied-file defect support.
Who it’s for
Learners and research teams documenting a reproducible offline quantum simulation.
Software and compatibility
Open with: Spreadsheet application; Python 3.10+ for offline simulator.
LibreOffice native example and adverse-input tests passed on disposable copies. Microsoft Excel desktop and supplied HTML browser rendering remain unverified.
Run the worked example in your target spreadsheet application before operational use. No macros, external workbook links or paid service calls.
HTML guide works offline in a browser. Local examples require Python 3.10 or later, standard library only; no credentials, network or paid backend.
Scope and limits
- Only an ideal two-qubit Bell circuit with independent readout flips is implemented.
- No gate noise, decoherence, Qiskit dependency, QPU execution or hardware-fidelity measurement is included.
- Matching Z-basis counts do not witness entanglement or advantage.
- Approximate standard error is not an exact interval.
Licence and support
Seller: MGCA Ltd. Bright visual edition 0.4.
One purchasing organisation may copy and adapt supplied files for its internal projects, including contractors working for that organisation only. No blank-pack resale, redistribution, sublicensing or use for other client organisations.
Client-delivery licensing requires a separate agreement.
File-defect support: sales@mgca.co.uk for corrupt downloads, missing files or defects in supplied files. File-defect support excludes customisation, deployment, certification, legal advice, response-time commitments and future updates. The separately included MGCA assessment is described above.
