30 minutes preparation review, one 90-minute remote workshop, and 60 minutes written findings and action planning. This is 180 consultant minutes in total.

Bring: Up to three diagrams for one system, their intended audience and one decision they must support.

Receive: An annotated diagram review and a ranked list of clarity/evidence corrections.

Implementation, live-system changes, certification and unlimited follow-up are excluded. Further services are optional, separately scoped, priced and agreed. This assessment is additional to supplied-file defect support.

LibreOffice native example and adverse-input tests passed on disposable copies. Microsoft Excel desktop and supplied HTML browser rendering remain unverified.

Run the worked example in your target spreadsheet application before operational use. No macros, external workbook links or paid service calls.

HTML guide works offline in a browser.

Scope and limits

This is a diagram review workflow, not a security assessment or certification of the running system.
It does not supply a commercial diagram editor.
Exercises are original SVG/HTML drawings with an answer key; no proprietary customer architecture is used.

One purchasing organisation may copy and adapt supplied files for its internal projects, including contractors working for that organisation only. No blank-pack resale, redistribution, sublicensing or use for other client organisations.

Client-delivery licensing requires a separate agreement.
