Scope and limits

• This pack collects user research and observed task evidence.
• It does not instrument a platform, automatically gather telemetry, supply a DORA benchmark, prove causation or evaluate employee performance.
• Do not put named employee identifiers or sensitive logs in a public workbook.
• Use pseudonymous cohort IDs and controlled evidence references.

Single purchasing organisation may copy and adapt the files for its internal projects. Its contractors may use them only for that organisation.

Blank-pack resale, redistribution, sublicensing and use for other client organisations are excluded. Client-delivery licensing requires separate agreement.
